Job Description
· Determining and implementing measurable and sustainable marketing and sales actions
· Managing the entire e-commerce setup and strategy from the entry of products to the warehouse, to marketing and sales channels
· To determine measurable strategies and conducting the process by creating actions
· Reaching the targeted endorsment in line with the determined KPIs
· To strengthen sales and brand perception by coordinating the flow between sales and marketing channels
· Reading data and feeding marketing-sales channels by using marketing tools
· To ensure customer satisfaction by producing differentiated campaigns for internet.
· To improve e-sales processes by determining KPIs, reporting and analyzing
· Managing teams that increase visibility and awareness by purchasing media. And reporting to the teams by giving new tasks.
· Setting marketing plan and managing budget
· To develop and implement business plans and strategies by following new trends and technologies to improve platform performance
Qualifications
· Graduated from related departments of universities such as Marketing, Economics, Industry, Business engineering
· Preferably master’s degree in Communication, Marketing&Digital marketing
· Minimum 5 years experienced in the e-commerce sector.(fashion sector is not required)
· Experienced in team management and excellent leadership traits
· Experienced in agency management
· Written and oral fluency in english
· Knowledge of Semrush and smiliar marketing tools and MS Office programs
· Loving digital processes, innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinking, multi-tasking, advanced commercial perspective
· High communication skills and high motivated, good at teamwork and no travel restriction
