Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning and Allocation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the women's retail fashion industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal distribution of inventory across our stores to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer trends to determine optimal inventory allocation that supports sales targets.
• Develop and implement allocation strategies that align with the brand's vision, seasonal collections, and sales goals.
• Monitor store performance and adjust allocations as needed to address stockouts or excess inventory and drive sales.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, product management, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze and assess resource allocation needs based on business requirements and priorities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to inventory allocation and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance inventory management efficiency and increase sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess inventory levels, merchandising displays, and customer feedback.
• Planning necessary product shipment operations in order to achieve the department's goals, profitability and customer satisfaction,
• Ensuring product distribution so that the right product is available at the right time, in the right quantity, in the right store.
• Conducting store visits to increase the efficiency of product distribution and transfers,
• Providing inter-store product transfers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the allocation process in the retail sector,
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively and quickly,
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented,
• Competent in relationship management,
• Aiming for a career in the retail sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.
• Experience with retail inventory management systems.
